A refund can be requested, however, only the subscription provider can authorise this. If your subscription is directly with Apple or Google Play please contact them directly as unfortunately we have no access to subscriptions made through Google Play or the App Store.
Requesting a refund from your provider:
If your subscription was made directly through the Tone & Sculpt website, you can request a refund by sending a message by clicking here where a member of the team will look into this for you.
Please note if you have used your 14 day free trial and try to request a refund once this has been renewed, this does not qualify for a refund. The 14 day free trial period is given to provide you enough time to decide if the App is the right App for you.
