A refund can be requested from the end user, however, only the subscription provider can authorise this. If a subscription is directly with your provider, Apple or Google Play then a user must request directly with their provide.

Additionally if your subscription was made directly through the Tone & Sculpt website, you can request a refund by submitting a ticket within this support desk. A member of the Tone & Sculpt team will then work with you to resolve the issue.
If you have utilised your 14 day free trial and try to request a refund once this has been renewed, this does not qualify for a refund. The 14 free trial period is given to provide the user enough time to valuate whether they would like to continue with the app or to cancel their subscription.
