How do I upload Sculpt It Phase 2 to my workouts?

Congratulations for completing phase 1!

To access phase 2:

  • Go to your weekly planner
  • Press the "Add Sculpt It Weeks 9-16" button
  •  This will then add your new workouts to your planner

 Can’t see Sculpt It Phase 2?

Here’s a few things to check:

  • You’re on the most up to date version of the app. 
    • You can view your version by scrolling down to the bottom of your profile settings.
  • Your program is on Sculpt It 
  • Close the app and re-open it 

If you have recently begun Sculpt It it may be the case that all 16 weeks have been added. You can view this by clicking:

  • Clicking the workout tab 
  • Pressing view and scrolling to see what week you are on. 
  • If you can see weeks 9 and onwards this is already added onto your program.
