Congratulations for completing phase 1!
To access phase 2:
- Go to your weekly planner
- Press the "Add Sculpt It Weeks 9-16" button
- This will then add your new workouts to your planner
Can’t see Sculpt It Phase 2?
Here’s a few things to check:
- You’re on the most up to date version of the app.
- You can view your version by scrolling down to the bottom of your profile settings.
- Your program is on Sculpt It
- Close the app and re-open it
If you have recently begun Sculpt It it may be the case that all 16 weeks have been added. You can view this by clicking:
- Clicking the workout tab
- Pressing view and scrolling to see what week you are on.
- If you can see weeks 9 and onwards this is already added onto your program.
