How do I mark a workout as complete?

You can mark a workout as complete by:

  • Choosing your workout 
  • Press "Start Workout"
  • Skip warm up 
  • Once the workout has begun press the two downwards arrows on the top left hand side of the app
  • Press the arrow on the left hand side 
  • Press quit
  • Press "Mark workout as completed"

This will then mark your workout as completed!
