Our guides are designed to be completed one at a time. You can add extra challenges and workouts to your planner, which can be completed with equipment or at home. You can do this by either going into the workouts tab or the '+' icon in your daily planner. If you wanted to swap guides you can do this by going into 'Change Plan' and any stars you have earned from another guide won't be lost. If you choose to swap back to your original plan in the future without restarting, you will need to start from the week you got up to previously. This will avoid loosing any stars and progress.
