Danyele is joining Tone & Sculpt!

Who's Danyele?

Danyele Wilson is our incredible new Tone & Sculpt trainer who joins Krissy Cela in the Tone & Sculpt mission to create the best fitness experience for all women. Danyele who is from Chicago is bringing her love and passion for fitness to Tone & Sculpt.

What style of workouts are in Danyele’s guides?

Danyele’s guides include Tabata, EMOM (every minute on the minute) and Ladder.

 

AMRAP

Is the same as Krissy’s style of training with Sculpt It. 

 

Tabata

The aim of this workout format is to perform a single exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. Once your rest period is up, move onto the next exercise and perform for another 20 seconds. You then repeat these steps for the number of sets in the exercise.

 

EMOM

EMOM “every minute on the minute.” Within 1 minute, you perform the number of reps of a movement at the start of every new minute, then rest until the next minute starts again.

You might find that you won’t be able to rest for the full minute as you go further into the exercise, don’t worry about this, this is all part of EMOM. 

 

Ladder

Ladder exercise is a type of strength training where you perform one or more exercises that increase or decrease in repetition. 

 

Can you do these workouts indoors?

Definitely! The home and gym guides can be completed in and outside the house.

 

How difficult are Danyele’s workout guides? 

Danyele’s guides are designed initially for beginner and intermediate levels however if you have not completed EMOM (every minute on the minute), Tabata and Ladder before you may want to start at beginner level and work your way up through the levels. 

 

Which trainer should I go to first?

New to Tone & Sculpt and wondering which trainer to head to first? The biggest question is thinking about what your current workout style is and making your decision on that as both our trainers trainer styles are different. 

 

Looking for circuit based and gym workout programs? Krissy is your girl! 

 

Looking for HIIT style programs both at the gym and at home? Danyele is your girl!

 

Both programs offer beginner and intermediate

 

Can you do these workouts indoors?

Definitely! The home and gym guides can be completed in and outside the house

 

Will Danyele have challenges?

Yes of course! Danyele’s so excited for the challenges you can check the challenges out in the app under the challenges section. The challenges will include LISS and HIIT challenges as well as others.

 

Will Danyele be doing live workouts?

Yes absolutely Danyele loves live workouts, you can find all of the updates for the live workouts on our social platforms. 

 

How long are the guides?

Danyele’s workout guides are home and gym guides, 4 week beginner and 8 week intermediate level. 

Due to the design of the guides these are designed to be 5 days a week.
